About Tina

Tina is a multidisciplinary visual artist and director based in Stockholm, working primarily with video art and large-scale installations that explore surface, space, and the interplay between nature and the urban environment. Her work navigates the intersection of meditative art and immersive experience, with water as a recurring theme—its shifting surface reflecting the balance between the ephemeral and the eternal.

At the heart of her practice is a search for beauty in simplicity. Without layers, effects, or digital manipulation, her installations are composed of long, unbroken filmed sequences—light meeting surface, movement unfolding in real time. By projecting these raw, unembellished images onto buildings, bridges, trees, fuel cisterns, mountains, and festival spaces, she transforms the familiar into a space for quiet reflection. The large-scale projections dissolve the boundaries between the organic and the constructed, inviting the viewer to experience a fusion of the natural world and urban landscapes.

Her visual art practice extends beyond installations to stage visuals, scenography, and interactive environments, where moving images become an integral part of performance and storytelling. Collaboration is central to her work, with musicians, DJs, and performance artists creating shadow interplays and interactive stage performances. Together with sound artists, audiovisual concepts has evolved through several installations and audiovisual concerts, out of their evolving dialogue between sound and image.

At its core, the work is an ongoing exploration of transformation and perception,
—an invitation for the viewer to lose themselves in the flow.

Tina is also a film- and drama teacher, read more about it here.
